Veneta.com
Veneta sells made-to-measure window decoration online. Years of organic growth had left the catalog cluttered and the path from inspiration to a configured, ordered product far too long — especially on mobile.

The challenge
The product range had grown faster than the navigation that held it. Customers landed on category pages with dozens of near-identical options, and the measure-and-configure flow — the heart of the business — was buried behind three clicks.
Mobile told the clearest story: over half of the traffic, but a fraction of the conversions.
The approach
I started with a card-sorting study to rebuild the catalog structure around how customers actually think — by room and by problem, not by product code. From there I wireframed a simplified product page that puts the configurator front and center.
Every iteration was tested as a clickable prototype with real customers before a single screen was polished.
The outcome
A calmer, more structured store: a navigation that fits on one screen, product pages that lead with the configurator, and a checkout trimmed from five steps to three.
The redesigned mobile flow shipped first, and the full catalog followed.
